Privacy-First Relay System
Volunteers and organizations coordinate without ever sharing personal contact details. All messages route through the Curaah relay — like Ola's masked calling, but for community health. Volunteer consent is a dial, not a switch: Level 0 (relay only) → Level 1 (first name + city) → Level 2 (full contact, 3-tap confirm, always revocable). An NGO running a camp in Amritsar will never see a volunteer's phone number unless that volunteer explicitly consents, per interaction, every time.
